SWEDISH RELAXATION MASSAGE: $140-hr / $180-90 min
This is a traditional massage meant for exactly what it says, relaxing. It is a gentle massage that can be tailored to each client and is good for increasing blood flow, reducing stress, and boosting the immune system.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: $140-hr / $180-90 min
The main purpose of deep tissue massage is to work out knots and tension in the deeper muscles and fascia of your body, and can also be used to break down scar tissue in newer scars. It uses a combination of deep, sustained pressure that should embody the meaning of “hurts so good”, along with the use of a deep tissue percussion gun that can help to release trigger points. This is a great option for those suffering with issues like sciatica, and also works well when combined with chiropractic work to keep the muscles from working against the chiropractor.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE. $140
This massage combines many different massage techniques into one super massage. This provides relief from both acute and/or chronic discomfort. It can be either full body massage, or concentrated on one specific area of the body such as the back, neck, or hips. This uses a combination of cupping, percussion, and deep tissue massage, with the occasional use of hot stones and stretching.
CHAIR MASSAGE $30
Chair massage is a 15 minute massage performed in a specialized massage chair, with your face resting in a cradle. This design allows your back and neck to be relaxed, making it easier for the therapist to release your muscular tension. The focus of this type of massage is on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, and head. It is designed to relax the muscles and improve flexibility and movement. It also couples nicely both before and/or after chiropractic sessions to keep your muscles from fighting against the chiropractic adjustments.
